Regular Season Round 2: Ostrow Mazow. - Rosa III Radom 65-62

There was no surprise in Ostrow Mazowiecki where Rosa III Radom (0-2) was edged by Ostrow Mazow. (2-0) 65-62 on Sunday. However just three-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Ostrow Mazow. forced 24 Rosa III Radom turnovers. Ukrainian point guard Aleksander Szczerbatiuk (182-96) scored 21 points and 5 steals to lead the charge for the winners and forward Piotr Barszcz (198-81) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Mikolaj Krakowiak (190-99) responded with 18 points and 6 rebounds and Konrad Nowik (190-99) scored 12 points and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Ostrow Mazow. will face Stal SW (#8) in Stalowa Wola in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Rosa III Radom will play at home against AZS UJK Kielce and hope to win that game.
