Regular Season Round 1: TTU - Noorteliiga 83-75

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Audentese/N. (0-1) in Tallinn. Visitors were defeated by TTU (1-0) 83-75. The hosts were already 16 points ahead at halftime and as many as 20 after three quarters before a 25-13 last quarter charge of Audentese/N. cut the lead to 83-75 at the end of the game. TTU forced 21 Audentese/N. turnovers. Power forward Joonas Jarvelainen (202-90, agency: Octagon Europe) nailed a double-double by scoring 28 points and 14 rebounds for the winning side and Rain Koort (195-95, college: High School) accounted for 16 points and 8 rebounds. TTU's coach Rait Kabin allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Taavi Jurkatamm (200-97) came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and guard Eric Schmalz (182-99) added 17 points (made all of his seven free throws) respectively for Audentese/N. in the defeat. Four Audentese/N. players scored in double figures. TTU will play against Rapla at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Audentese/N. will have a break next round.
