Regular Season Round 2: Cambados - Moron 90-61

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Moron (1-1) on the court of Cambados on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Cambados 90-61. The game without a history. Cambados led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The best player for the winners was Congolese forward Charles Nkaloulou (199-94) who scored 22 points and 6 rebounds. Georgia center Shota Gelazonia (205-94) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Five Cambados players scored in double figures. Cambados' coach Manuel Santos felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international power forward Jesus Chagoyen (202-78) produced 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Alejandro Marin (190-88) added 18 points respectively for the guests. Cambados is looking forward to face Meridiano Alicante on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Moron will play against Agustinos-Leclerc and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
