An interesting game for Diamond Dolphins (4-1) which hosted in Nagoya second-ranked Osaka Evessa (2-3). First ranked Diamond Dolphins managed to get a 11-point victory 68-57. The game without a history. Diamond Dolphins led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was American forward Justin Burrell (207-88, college: St.John's) who scored 23 points, 9 rebounds and 6 blocks. Guard Takaya Sasayama (178-93) chipped in 17 points and 5 assists. Four Diamond Dolphins players scored in double figures. American forward Josh Harrellson (208-89, college: Kentucky) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 15 rebounds and swingman Takuya Soma (181-91) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests. Osaka Evessa's coach Dai Oketani rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Diamond Dolphins have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 4-1 record, which they share with 3 other teams. Osaka Evessa at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost.
