Regular Season Round 3: Nidaros Jets - Centrum 87-69

The most important game of round 3 took place in Tromdheim where Nidaros Jets beat Centrum (2-1) 87-69 on Saturday night. The game was mostly controlled by Nidaros Jets. Centrum managed to win fourth quarter 26-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Nidaros Jets well out of reach of Centrum shooting 100.0 percent from the field. It was a great evening for American guard Evan Roquemore (190-92, college: Santa Clara) who led his team to a victory scoring 31 points (perfect from the field making all ten shots !!!). Kenya Earl Simba (204-92) helped adding 27 points (perfect from the field making all eleven shots !!!). The best for the losing side was point guard Magnus Midtvedt (182-90) with 18 points (perfect from the field making all six shots) and point guard Thomas Mjos (181-90) scored 17 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Centrum will play next round against Tromso trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Nidaros Jets will try to continue on its current victory against Ammerud Bskt in Oslo.
