Regular Season Round 4: Udominate - KFUM Ostersund 100-61

There was no surprise in Umea where 7th ranked KFUM Ostersund (1-3) was crushed by top-ranked Udominate (4-0) 100-61 on Sunday. The game without a history. Udominate led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 23-of-25 free shots (92.0 percent) during the game. Udominate forced 21 KFUM Ostersund turnovers and outrebounded them 35-22 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Udominate especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Slovakian center Klaudia Lukacovicova (195-90, agency: Regeneracom Sports) fired 19 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Lithuania point guard Santa Okockyte (175-92) chipped in 24 points and 5 steals (made all of her nine free throws !!!). Four Udominate players scored in double figures. Udominate's coach Tamara Ruzic felt very confident using 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. American guard Taylor Wurtz (183-90, college: Wisconsin) produced 23 points and her fellow American import forward Taylor Proctor (183-94, college: USF) added 10 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Udominate have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 4-0 record behind leader Norrkoping. KFUM Ostersund lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the seventh place with three games lost. Udominate will face bottom-ranked Visby Ladies (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. KFUM Ostersund will play against Mark and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
