Regular Season Round 4: Gipuzkoa UPV - Mann Filter 47-69

Mann Filter can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in San Sebastian, where they outplayed Gipuzkoa UPV (1-3) 69-47 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Mann Filter. Gipuzkoa UPV managed to win fourth quarter 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Gipuzkoa UPV to just 3 points in third quarter. Mann Filter forced 22 Gipuzkoa UPV turnovers. Slovakian forward Katarina Tetemondova (188-88, agency: Regeneracom Sports) fired 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Mann Filter is looking forward to face league's leader Perfumerias Avenida in Salamanca in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Gipuzkoa UPV will play on the road against Universitario de Ferrol (#5) and is hoping to win this game.
