Regular Season Round 4: Nanterre - Le Mans 90-70

Date: October 15, 2016
No shocking result in a game when top-ranked JSF Nanterre (4-0) smashed at home 5th ranked Le Mans (2-2) 90-70. The game without a history. JSF Nanterre led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The winners were led by American swingman Spencer Butterfield (190-92, college: Utah St., agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) who scored that evening 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import Mykal Riley (198-85, college: Alabama) supported him with 9 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Four JSF Nanterre players scored in double figures. Even 17 points by Lahaou Konate (196-91, agency: Comsport) did not help to save the game for Le Mans. The former international Wilfried Yeguete (201-91, college: Florida, agency: BeoBasket) added 7 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. JSF Nanterre have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Monaco. Le Mans at the other side dropped to the sixth place with two games lost. JSF Nanterre's next round opponent will be Chalon/Saor (#7) at home where they are favorite. Le Mans will play against the league's leader Monaco and hope to win that game.
