Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Mollet (2-1) beat on the road bottom-ranked Castelldefels (0-3) 89-76 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 31-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Roger Vilanova (181-87) who helped to win the game recording 13 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists and Antoni Gomez (190-94) who added 17 points during the contest. Five Mollet players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Albert Olmedo (198-92) responded with 20 points and 7 rebounds and forward Jordi Boronat (-85) scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Mollet moved-up to third place in Group C-B, which they share with 4 other teams.
