Regular Season Round 2: Rosa Radom - Torun 64-86

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Rosa (2-1) in Radom. Hosts were rolled over by Twarde Pierniki (2-0) 86-64. The game without a history. Twarde Pierniki led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Rosa's 22. The former international swingman Bartosz Diduszko (198-87) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points. American guard Kyle Weaver (198-86, college: Washington St.) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Twarde Pierniki players scored in double figures. Forward Damian Jeszke (200-95) replied with 10 points and 8 rebounds and American point guard Tyrone Brazelton (184-86, college: W.Kentucky, agency: Higher Vision Sports) added 14 points in the effort for Rosa. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Twarde Pierniki will play against MKS Dabrowa Gornicza on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Rosa will play against Trefl (#11) in Sopot and hopes to get back on the winning track.
