Navarra has registered their first victory this season after three consecutive loses. The win is especially important as they outplayed much higher ranked L'Hospitalet (2-2) 82-57. Navarra shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 56.5 percentage. The winners were led by American guard Dylan Poston (193-93, college: Gardner-Webb, agency: Dynamics Global Management) who scored that evening 22 points and guard Inaki Narros (196-81) supported him with 17 points. Four Navarra players scored in double figures. Even 13 points by guard Edgar San Epifanio (196-87) did not help to save the game for L'Hospitalet. Naturalized Dominican power forward Michel Acosta (201-92) added 9 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Navarra (1-3) left bottom position moving up to eleventh place, which they share with 4 other teams. Newly promoted L'Hospitalet dropped to the seventh position with two games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Navarra will play against league's second-placed CB Granada on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. L'Hospitalet will play against Albacete (#12) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
