Very predictable result when ninth ranked Cecina (2-2) beat on the road bottom-ranked Bottegone (0-4) 93-87 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 13 points after three quarters before their 36-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Point guard Giovanni Bruni (185-82, agency: Interperformances) fired 38 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his eight free throws) for the winners. Point guard Simone Lasagni (184-94) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. Daniele Toscano (196-93, agency: Players Group) produced a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Fiorello Toppo (198-80) added 12 points and 12 rebounds respectively for lost side.
