Regular Season Round 3: Alkar Sinj - H.Analitica 89-64

Date: October 22, 2016
Alkar Sinj (1-2) crushed at home H.Analitica (0-3) by 25 points 89-64, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The game without a history. Alkar Sinj led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Strangely H.Analitica outrebounded Alkar Sinj 38-26 including 25 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Worth to mention a quality performance of American guard Brandon Johnson (183-86, college: San Diego, agency: Haylett Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 11 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists. Guard Kristian Vucic (192-95) helped adding 25 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Four Alkar Sinj players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Hrvoje Garfolic (196-90) with 12 points and 6 rebounds and guard Goran Fodor (195-90) scored 9 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Alkar Sinj will face KK Vrijednosnice Osijek (#6) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. H.Analitica will play against GKK Sibenik (#3) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
