Regular Season Round 5: Hogsbo - Talje 78-63

Basketettan top team - Hogsbo (5-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat eleventh ranked Talje Knights (0-3) in Goteborg 78-63. Talje Knights were ahead by 9 points at the halftime before a 50-26 second half run of Hogsbo. They also forced 30 Talje Knights turnovers. The best player for the winners was forward Filip Sjostrom (200-90) who scored 10 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Max Johansson (197-92) chipped in 17 points. Hogsbo's coach Jonas Fredrikson used entire bench saving starting five for next games. Power forward Michiel Petersen (204-94) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and forward Ludvig Swanstrom (195-96) added 10 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the guests. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Hogsbo. They maintain first place with 5-0 record. Talje Knights lost their third game in a row. They still close the standings with three games lost.
