Very significant was Niigata Albirex's (#4) 80-75 road victory against 5th ranked Yokohama BC. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Yokohama BC. Yokohama BC was ahead by 4 points after three quarters before a 25-16 charge of Niigata Albirex, which allowed them to win the game.
