KFUM Central's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after two consecutive loses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in Vallingby, where they defeated KFUM Blackeberg (0-2) 84-77 on Saturday. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 29-17. But KFUM Blackeberg won second period 25-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. KFUM Central dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to KFUM Blackeberg's 38. Forward Jonatan Bohman (200-92) orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Emil Haglund (201-96) contributed with 25 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Forward Simon Forsberg (197-90) answered with 17 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Gino Panghulan (175-90) added 15 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists in the effort for KFUM Blackeberg. Four KFUM Blackeberg players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. KFUM Central (1-2) left bottom position moving up to seventh place, which they share with RIG Mark. KFUM Blackeberg at the other side still closes the standings with two games lost. They share the position with Norrort. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
