Regular Season Round 6: Notec Inowr. - SKK Siedlce 79-60

There was a small surprise when tenth ranked Notec Inowr. (3-3) crushed 8th ranked SKK Siedlce (3-3) in Inowroclaw 79-60 on Sunday. Notec Inowr. dominated down low during the game scoring 36 of its points in the paint compared to SKK Siedlce's 16. It was a good game for Mikolaj Grod (194-89) who led his team to a victory with 24 points and 9 rebounds. Marcin Kowalewski (200-86, agency: Promotex) contributed with 25 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Rafal Krol (200-87) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Marcin Plawucki (177-89, agency: Promotex) added 7 points and 8 assists in the effort for SKK Siedlce. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Notec Inowr. moved-up to eighth place, which they share with GKS Tychy and SKK Siedlce. Notec Inowr. will face league's second-placed Spojnia in Stargard in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
