Regular Season Round 5: Den Bosch - Amsterdam 62-74

Bottom-ranked Dukes UDB (0-5) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 74-62 loss to fourth ranked Amsterdam (2-2) in Den Bosch. The game was mostly controlled by Amsterdam. Dukes UDB was better in second period 15-7. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Amsterdam players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Dukes UDB's players. Amsterdam maintains fourth place with 2-2 record. Dukes UDB lost their fifth game in a row. They still close the standings with five games lost. Amsterdam's next round opponent will be higher ranked Leiden (#3) at home and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Dukes UDB will play against Leeuwarden (#5) and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
