Everything went according to plan when eleventh ranked Polpharma (2-2) edged on the road 15th ranked Stal Ostrow Wlkp. (1-4) 68-65 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 24-20 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Stal Ostrow Wlkp. was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Marcin Flieger (185-84, agency: Promotex) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Lithuania center Martynas Sajus (208-96) who added 14 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Four Polpharma players scored in double figures.
