Regular Season Round 6: Prat - Palencia 62-81

An interesting game where Palencia Baloncesto (#7) crushed host CB Prat (#5) with 19-point difference 81-62 on Saturday evening. The game was mostly controlled by Palencia Baloncesto. CB Prat managed to win second period 25-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Palencia Baloncesto dominated on the defensive end, holding CB Prat to just 2 points in third quarter. Power forward Urko Otegui (203-81) scored 9 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and guard Roma Bas (192-83) chipped in 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. CB Prat lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with three games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Palencia Baloncesto will meet at home Castello (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. CB Prat will play against the league's second-placed Lleida Basquet (#2) and hope to secure a win.
