There was an upset when 3rd placed Vicenza (3-2) lost on the road to sixteenth ranked Iseo (1-4) 78-69 on Saturday. They made 18-of-20 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game. Gianluigi Prestini (200-89) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds. Guard Alessandro Acquaviva (193-82, college: Fordham) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Four Iseo players scored in double figures. Point guard Daniele Demartini (187-84, agency: Players Group) answered with 12 points, 5 assists and 6 steals and power forward Luca Ianes (203-80, agency: SPORTlab Agency) added 9 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Vicenza. Iseo left bottom position moving up to fifteenth place in B, which they share with Piacenza. Loser Vicenza dropped to the fourth position with two games lost.
