Everything could happen in Pruszkow at the game between two tied teams. Both fourteenth ranked Znicz Basket and 13th ranked Nysa Klodzko had identical 1-5 record. This time Znicz Basket used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Kloszko 77-69 on Sunday night. The hosts trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 77-69. Znicz Basket outrebounded Nysa Klodzko 33-17 including 22 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for swingman Damian Tokarski (193-88) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points. Znicz Basket (2-5) moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Biofarm PZN. Loser Nysa Klodzko keeps the thirteenth position with six games lost. Znicz Basket will face AZS AGH Krk. (#14) in Krakow in the next round. Nysa Klodzko will play at home against GTK Gliwice and hope to win that game.
