Very expected game in Barcelona where 8th ranked Valls Nutrion (2-3) was rolled over by third ranked Barbera (4-1) 100-70 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 100-70. Barbera dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Valls Nutrion's 34. The best player for the winners was point guard Sergio Guardia (188-88) who scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Center Luis Lopez (205-95) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Five Barbera players scored in double figures.
