Quite upsetting was Bnot Hertzeliya's (#1) home defeat in a game versus Maccabi Ashdod 76-71. Maccabi Ashdod dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Bnot Hertzeliya's 28. Maccabi Ashdod forced 22 Bnot Hertzeliya turnovers. American center Tiffany Jackson (191-85, college: Texas) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds for the winners.
