Kangoeroes managed to escape with a 2-point win 86-84 on Saturday evening. Kangoeroes made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for Senegalese power forward Pape Badji (208-92) who led the winners and scored 25 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Limburg United's coach Brian Lynch tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Kangoeroes moved-up to sixth place. Limburg United lost their fifth game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with six games lost. They share it with Liege. Kangoeroes will meet Spirou Charleroi (#7) on the road in the next round. Limburg United will play against Belfius Mons-Hainaut and hope to win that game.
