There was no surprise when 8th ranked Peli-Karhut (2-6) was crushed on the road by third ranked Espoo Utd (6-2) 91-53 on Sunday. The game without a history. Espoo Utd led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Peli-Karhut to just 7 points in third quarter. Espoo Utd forced 22 Peli-Karhut turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Shenita Landry (188-87, college: Temple) who scored 19 points and 9 rebounds.
