Regular Season Round 9: Jamtland - BC Lulea 85-99

Basketligan top team - BC Lulea (7-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat seventh ranked KFUM Jamtland (2-3) 99-85. The game was mostly controlled by BC Lulea. KFUM Jamtland was better in third quarter 27-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American guard Brandon Rozzell (188-89, college: VCU) stepped up and scored 32 points for the winners and point guard Adam Ronnqvist (181-90) chipped in 23 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Mike Bruesewitz (201-90, college: Wisconsin) with 23 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import guard Jabril Durham (185-94, college: Arkansas) scored 10 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four BC Lulea and five KFUM Jamtland players scored in double figures. KFUM Jamtland's coach rotated twelve players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BC Lulea have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 7-1 record. KFUM Jamtland at the other side keeps the seventh position with three games lost. BC Lulea will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. KFUM Jamtland will play at home against Uppsala Basket (#4) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
