The game in Morón de la Frontera was also worth to mention about. Third ranked Sammic ISB (6-2) played at the court of 7th ranked Moron (4-4). Sammic ISB defeated Moron 62-49. The game was mostly controlled by Sammic ISB. Moron was better in third quarter 19-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The winners were led by American forward Tim Dezelski (198-90, college: Hillsdale, agency: Duran International) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and New Zealand center Mike Karena (208-93, college: Wright St.) supported him with 16 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Even a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds by guard Alejandro Marin (190-88) did not help to save the game for Moron. Forward Jose Jimenez (197-96) added 14 points for the hosts.
