The game with biggest result difference took place in Kosice. Local Good Angels (8-1) outscored 5th ranked BAM Poprad (3-5) 105-29. Good Angels held BAM Poprad to an opponent 21.1 percent shooting from the field compared to 51.9 percent accuracy of the winners. Good Angels forced 23 BAM Poprad turnovers and outrebounded them 56-23 including a 17-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Good Angels especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 62.5 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by BAM Poprad's players. It was a good game for Slovenia point guard Teja Oblak (172-90) who led her team to a victory with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. International point guard Barbora Balintova (175-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists for the winners. Five Good Angels players scored in double figures. Lucia Hadacova (185-95) answered with 8 points and 10 rebounds and Zuzana Ivancakova (178-93) added 9 points in the effort for BAM Poprad. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Good Angels. Defending champion maintains second place with 8-1 record having just one point less than leader Piestanske C. BAM Poprad at the other side keeps the fifth position with five games lost. Good Angels will play against Banska Bystrica (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. BAM Poprad will play against Samorin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
