Regular Season Round 10: Stal II Ostrow - Slask Wroclaw 72-74

The most exciting game of round 10 in the 2Liga took place in Ostrow. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 3rd ranked Stal II Ostrow (7-3) to top-ranked Slask (8-0) 74-72 on Sunday evening. Point guard Jakub Musial (186-98) fired 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Power forward Aleksander Dziewa (206-97) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Power forward Lukasz Olejnik (203-79) produced 18 points and 5 rebounds and center Wojciech Zurawski (202-76) added 12 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Slask and four Stal II Ostrow players scored in double figures. Slask have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group D with 8-0 record. Newly promoted Stal II Ostrow keeps the third place with three games lost. Slask are looking forward to face Nowa Sol (#13) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Stal II Ostrow will have a break next round.
