Regular Season Round 7: Sestu - Iseo 67-62

Everything went according to plan when twelfth ranked Sestu (3-4) beat at home 16th ranked Iseo (1-6) 67-62 on Sunday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Sestu made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Iseo turnovers. It was a great evening for swingman Romeo Trionfo (197-85, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points. Point guard Mauro Graviano (180-89) helped adding 9 points. At the losing side guard Diego Crescini (189-87) responded with 19 points and Gianluigi Prestini (200-89) scored 11 points. Sestu moved-up to eighth place in B, which they share with 6 other teams. Iseo at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the sixteenth position with six games lost. Sestu will face higher ranked Cento (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Iseo will play against Lecco (#8) and hope to win that game.
