The guests trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 23-15 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Barreteros made 29-of-37 free shots (78.4 percent) during the game. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Paul Marigney (192-82, college: St.Mary's, CA) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Leroy Davis (200-81, college: Georgia St.) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Power forward Justin Keenan (202-88, college: Ferris St.) replied with 25 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and forward Omar Richards (203-92, college: NW Christian) added 19 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Soles. Four Barreteros and five Soles players scored in double figures. Barreteros have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Garzas. Soles lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with six games lost. Barreteros will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Soles will play again at home against Barreteros (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
