Regular Season Round 3: Pirates - Regulators 78-98

The game in supposed to be also worth to mention about. Regulators (3-1) played at the court of Pirates (1-3). Regulators did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 98-78. Regulators forced 22 Pirates turnovers and outrebounded them 53-41 including 22 on the offensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. It was a good game for Gameliel Rose who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds. Renaldo Baillou contributed with 6 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Tevin Hudson answered with 15 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Kevin Wright (178, college: Bevill St.Sumiton JC) added 19 points in the effort for Pirates. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Regulators will play against Cleaners (#7) in the next round. Pirates will play against Rebels to get more than just one victory in their record.
