Regular Season Round 17: Nishinomiya S. - Toyotsu FE 88-75

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Hyogo. Second ranked Nishinomiya S. faced leader Toyotsu FE. Host Nishinomiya S. (12-4) defeated guests from Nagoya (13-3) 88-75. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 88-75. Toyotsu FE's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Nishinomiya S. keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Hiroshima D. and Gunma. Loser Toyotsu FE still keeps top place with three games lost. Nishinomiya S. will face Shinshu BW (#5) in Nagano in the next round. Toyotsu FE will play on the road against Bambitious Nara (#4) and hope to win that game.
