Regular Season Round 9: Valle de Egues - Pielagos 71-59

Everything could happen in Olaz at the game between two tied teams. Both twelfth ranked Valle de Egues and 11th ranked Pielagos had identical 2-4 record. This time Valle de Egues used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Renedo de Pielagos 71-59 on Sunday night. The hosts trailed by 7 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 71-59. Valle de Egues dominated on the defensive end, holding Pielagos to just 7 points in third quarter. They also forced 19 Pielagos turnovers.
