Regular Season Round 7: MKS DG - Rosa Radom 71-67

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked MKS Dabrowa Gornicza and 7th ranked Rosa had identical 4-3 record. This time MKS Dabrowa Gornicza used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Radom 71-67 on Sunday night. Rosa was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. It was a great evening for the former international Piotr Pamula (195-90) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 5 rebounds. The former international Bartlomiej Woloszyn (196-86) helped adding 11 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. At the losing side American point guard Tyrone Brazelton (184-86, college: W.Kentucky, agency: Higher Vision Sports) responded with 12 points and 7 assists and international Jaroslaw Zyskowski (203-92, agency: Promotex) scored 17 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. MKS Dabrowa Gornicza (5-3) moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Rosa dropped to the tenth position with four games lost. MKS Dabrowa Gornicza will face Trefl (#8) in Sopot in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Rosa will play on the road against Energa Czarni in Slupsk and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
