Regular Season Round 10: Malbas - Uppsala 58-93

9th ranked Malbas (1-9) were outscored at home by third ranked Uppsala Basket (6-2) with the biggest margin this round 93-58. The game without a history. Uppsala Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Uppsala Basket outrebounded Malbas 35-24 including 27 on the defensive glass. 26 personal fouls committed by Malbas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Axel Nordstrom (193-91) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 8 rebounds. The former international point guard Andreas Person (190-91) contributed with 21 points and 4 assists for the winners. Five Uppsala Basket players scored in double figures. Malbas' coach Henrik Svensson gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Uppsala Basket have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Malbas at the other side stay at the bottom position with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
