Maccabi Ramat Gan (3-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed Hap.Petah Tikva (0-3) 95-56. Maccabi Ramat Gan forced 23 Hap.Petah Tikva turnovers and outrebounded them 40-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Hap.Petah Tikva's players. American players dominated also this game. It was a great evening for power forward Danielle Adams (185-89, college: Texas A&M) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Chelsea Hopkins (173-90, college: San Diego St.) helped adding 11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. Five Maccabi Ramat Gan players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Ruvanna Campbell (190, college: Ill.-Chicago) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and power forward Karisma Chapman (180-91, college: UAB) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Maccabi Ramat Gan will play against Bnot Hertzeliya (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Hap.Petah Tikva will play against Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (#5) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
