Regular Season Round 11: Gravelines - Chalon 88-85

Important game to mention about took place in Gravelines. Eleventh ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque (5-6) saved a 3-point victory at home edging second-ranked Chalon/Saor (8-3) 88-85 on Friday evening. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Chalon/Saor. Chalon/Saor was ahead by 6 points after three quarters before a 26-17 charge of Gravelines-Dunkerque, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great evening for American guard Justin Cobbs (191-91, college: California, agency: Pensack Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 5 assists. American-Jamaican guard Sek Henry (193-87, college: Nebraska) helped adding 18 points and 5 rebounds (perfect behind the arc making all five shots). American swingman Cameron Clark (201-91, college: Oklahoma) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds and the other American import point guard John Roberson (180-88, college: Texas Tech) scored 21 points and 5 assists. Five Gravelines-Dunkerque and four Chalon/Saor players scored in double figures. Gravelines-Dunkerque moved-up to ninth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Chalon/Saor at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with Pau-Lacq-Orthez and Nanterre. Gravelines-Dunkerque will play against Chalons-Reims (#12) on the road in the next round. Chalon/Saor will play against ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (#6) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
