Not a big story in a game in Lugo where bottom-ranked Seis do Nadal (0-9) was rolled over by sixth ranked Estudiantes L. (6-3) 82-45 on Sunday. The game without a history. Estudiantes L. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Seis do Nadal to just 7 points in first quarter. Estudiantes L. forced 21 Seis do Nadal turnovers and outrebounded them 53-33 including a 19-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for point guard Marcos Ruiz (176-95) who led his team to a victory scoring 11 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Lithuanian forward Modestas Paulauskas (210-95) helped adding 12 points and 9 rebounds. Four Estudiantes L. players scored in double figures. Estudiantes L.'s coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Jose Enrique Henriquez (178-92) responded with 7 points and 5 rebounds and guard Fernando Mourino (185-80) scored 10 points. Estudiantes L. moved-up to third place in Group A-B, which they share with 3 other teams. Seis do Nadal lost their ninth game in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with nine games lost.
