The game had a very big importance for second-ranked CA Temperley as it allowed them to take a leadership position. CA Temperley defeated 7th ranked Gimnasia LP at home 85-73. The game without a history. CA Temperley led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a great shooting night for CA Temperley especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 69.2 percentage. It was a great evening for American forward Delwan Graham (203-88, college: Jacksonville) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Raul Pelorosso (175-94) helped adding 15 points and 4 assists. Five CA Temperley players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was power forward Lisandro Villa (198-87) with 18 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) and forward Maximiliano Segon (200-91) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Villa Angela and San Isidro. Gimnasia LP lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Obera TC. Gimnasia LP will play next round against Rocamora trying to get back on the winning streak. CA Temperley will try to continue on its current victory against second ranked Ciclista at Juninense.
