Very predictable result in Santiado Estero where third ranked Quimsa (12-8) beat 8th ranked Quilmes MP (9-12) 75-58 on Monday. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Quimsa's pressure prevailed and they won that period 21-7 extending their advantage to 17 points. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Quilmes MP to just 7 points in fourth quarter. Quimsa dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Quilmes MP's 20. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Quimsa made 7 blocks.
