Important game to mention about took place in Anshan. Third ranked Heilongjiang Chenneng (7-11) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 5th ranked Liaoning Hengye (5-15) 72-70 on Tuesday evening. American power forward Crystal Langhorne (188-86, college: Maryland) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 15 rebounds. The former international guard YanYan Ji (182-85) contributed with 18 points and 6 assists for the winners. American center Kelsey Bone (193-91, college: Texas A&M) replied with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Jiamei Liang (182-92) added 16 points in the effort for Liaoning Hengye. Heilongjiang Chenneng maintains third position in Group B with 7-11 record having eight points less than leader Bayi, which they share with Sichuan. Liaoning Hengye lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 15 games lost. Heilongjiang Chenneng will play against league's second-placed Xinjiang in Urumqi in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Liaoning Hengye will play on the road against Shandong in Jinan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
