Date: December 7, 2016
Another interesting game for Al Arabi (1-1) which played in Doha against Al Ahli (0-2). Al Arabi had an easy win 66-55. It looked good early as Al Ahli took a 2-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Al Arabi had a 19-16 second period charge getting the lead and Al Ahli was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 55-66. Al Arabi forced 21 Al Ahli turnovers. Nigerian-American power forward Manny Adako (203-87, college: Northeastern, agency: Court Side) had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 15 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American-Ghanian Adamu Saaka (198-88, college: Furman) chipped in 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest.
