Very predictable result when fourth ranked Costa Masnaga (7-3) beat on the road 11th ranked Bolzano (2-8) 87-82. Costa Masnaga forced 24 Bolzano turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by Bolzano helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Argentinian-Spanish power forward Erica Sanchez (186-76) notched 18 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and power forward Giulia Rulli (185-91) supported her with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Even a double-double of 21 points and 11 rebounds by Croatian power forward Ivona Matic (189-86) did not help to save the game for Bolzano. Guard Giulia Piermattei (170-93) added 20 points for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Bolzano's coach Maurizio Travaglini let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Despite that victory Costa Masnaga went down to fifth position (A2) due to points difference. Bolzano at the other side keeps the eleventh place with eight games lost.
