Rather predictable result when eleventh ranked Isernia (5-7) won against on the road 15th ranked Monteroni (3-8) 77-64 on Sunday. Isernia forced 21 Monteroni turnovers. Monteroni was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for point guard Marco Salari (184-96) who led his team to a victory with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists. Point guard Mattia Norcino (185-93) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Four Isernia players scored in double figures. Isernia's coach Nino Sanfilippo allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Power forward Simone Zanotti (208-92) replied with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 22 rebounds and Federico Ingrosso (187-94) added 14 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) in the effort for Monteroni.
