Regular Season Round 6: Giants - Pros 94-72

NPBA top team - Giants (6-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked Pros (2-3) 94-72. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Pros. The game without a history. Giants led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 22 Pros turnovers. Giants players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. American forward Trent Cox (196, college: Our Lady Lake) scored 26 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Gibran Smith chipped in 9 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists during the contest. Giants' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Patrick Leadon with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and Derrick Ferguson scored 17 points. Giants have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-1 record. Pros at the other side dropped to the eighth place with three games lost. Giants will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Pros will play against Stingers (#4) and hope to get back on the winning track.
