The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Stingers' (5-1) home victory over 5th ranked Shockers (4-4) 108-103. Stingers forced 48 Shockers turnovers. Strangely Shockers outrebounded Stingers 66-47 including a 44-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Randy Williams who scored 25 points. Devon Ferguson chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was William Rigby who recorded a double-double by scoring 26 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and Salathiel Dean added 25 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks respectively.
