No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Energa Torun (8-4) defeated at home 11th ranked TS Ostrovia (2-10) 66-48 on Friday. The best player for the winners was American center Kelley Cain (198-89, college: Tennessee) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). The former international forward Emilia Tlumak (184-82) chipped in 10 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Energa Torun players scored in double figures. Energa Torun's coach Algirdas Paulauskas used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
