Regular Season Round 24: Kyoto Hannar. - Tochigi Brex 60-82

The game between Top Four teams took place in Kyoto. 4th ranked host Kyoto Hannar. (11-13) was smashed by second ranked Tochigi Brex (18-4) 82-60. The game was mostly controlled by Tochigi Brex. Kyoto Hannar. was better in fourth quarter 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tochigi Brex's coach Thomas Wisman felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was Marcus Dove (206-85, college: Oklahoma St.) with 14 points and 9 rebounds and forward Kevin Kotzur (203-89, college: St.Mary's, TX) scored 15 points and 6 rebounds. Tochigi Brex have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 18-4 record having five points less than leader SeaHorses. Loser Kyoto Hannar. keeps the fourth place with 13 games lost. Tochigi Brex will have a break next round.
